Teaching Philosophy
I support those eager to breath, relax and tone their bodies by carefully guiding through yoga poses and mind body exercises that enhance vitality and joy. I craft each class set to meet the individualized needs of students and leverage my studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine, aiding in therapeutic focus of the yoga poses. I enjoy working with all populations and teach diverse ranges. From fitness style classes that safely challenge the student to their personal edge to restorative style classes that awaken, stretch and gently strengthen the joints and muscles. Always highlighting the importance of breath and flow during practice.
